How to unlock your phone

To unlock your HTC One E9 Plus without any issues, you’ll need to provide certain information about your device. Please make sure that all of this information is completely correct!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

Enter the wrong IMEI number? Entering in the wrong information may mean that your unlock code doesn’t work! We cannot offer a refund for mis-typed IMEI numbers. Make sure to triple check your IMEI number and other details. We also have the full detailed instructions to unlock HTC One E9 plus.

It can sometimes take up to four business days for us to process your order. Please be patient during this period.

Once your order has processed we will send an email containing your unlock code - make sure to check back there regularly. You’ll receive an unlock code there once it has processed.

Once you have your unlock code for your HTC One E9 Plus, please insert a SIM card that is not on the network that you are locked to. Once you have inserted the SIM card, reset the device and a new screen will show on the display that will ask for an unlock code. Simply find the code in the email we send you and enter in the code.
