How to unlock your phone

To unlock your HTC One E9 Plus, you’ll need to provide some  information about your device. The information we need is listed below. It must be completely accurate!

- IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It can sometimes take up to four business days for us to process your order.

Check your email inbox - you’ll receive an unlock code there once it has processed.

Once you have your unlock code for your HTC One E9 Plus, please insert a SIM card that is not on the Rogers Canada network. Once you have inserted the SIM card, reset the device and a new screen will show on the display that will ask for an unlock code. Enter in the code we have sent you and your device will be unlocked.
