How to unlock your phone

We provide an unlock service which can be used to request an unlock code for your smartphone. For this service to work we will need certain information about your device. - IMEI number -  This can be found by dialing *#06# on your phone. You can also find it in “about device” in the settings menu
- The country your device is from
- The name of your device
- An email address that we can send the unlock code to

It is very important that you provide us with the absolute correct information, especially in the case of the IMEI number. If you enter in the wrong details you will not be able to receive an unlock code that works. If this is a result of entering your IMEI number incorrectly you will not be able to receive a refund.
