Starting off with the compact version, it seems that Sony wants to keep the specs that are very close to the ones of a flagship, but wrap them in a compact package. This means that it will probably have a 4.7” screen and a 1080x1920 resolution, so quite a high pixel density.

The processor will be a Snapdragon 810 and the RAM will be of 3GB. Apart from that, the gadget will feature stereo speakers and two cameras of 20.7MP and 5MP. The battery capacity hasn’t been rumored yet, but it seems that wireless charging will be possible.

The other version, The Sony Xperia Z4 Ultra, is rumored to have a 6.44” screen and a 1440 x 2560 resolution, while the processor is believed to be a Snapdragon 810 with 3GB of RAM.

The Ultra will be a phablet similar to the Z3, but larger, coming with its own stylus, while the battery is believed to have between 3500 and 4000mAh. You can now Unlock The Sony Xperia Z3 here.

It seems that the launch dates of these two models will be delayed until spring, because of the shortages of the Snapdragon 810 chipset, but Sony fans can be appeased by the launch of the Sony Xperia Z4 and its tablet version, expected to be launched on the 5th of January.
